Yes I have a meal plan. Its basically as much as I can possibly eat all day every day. Two mass building 1000+ calorie shakes daily with another 2000+ calories that come mainly from my tuna, eggs, chicken for protein and oatmeal and brown rice. I dont sleep until I get over 4000 calories in me for the day. I've put on 4 lbs just the week before I did my first pin. Since I'm pretty thin and body fat is single digits I'm under the impression my diet doesn't have to be 100% clean although its not bad.
