    Keep believing it Andrea, protein powders are at least as bad as steroid abuse. You don't cycle once a year and you ram in as many compounds as you can.

    Whatever. See you next year when you still weigh less than 80kg after your 10th cycle.

    Thats a really stupid statment..
    I am non-meat eater and take in 150-200g protein daily JUST from protein powders + abit more from food. for many years now...
    People seem to think for some reason protein powder DOESNT = Food... but IT DOES!!!
    yes not eating food with it will make it pass through you faster ( too fast maybe for some) and being dehydrated while on high protein diet ( regardless of with or without powders) can cause kidny issues. I have mine mostly with food or in smoothy
    but it IS safe and NOT ANYWERE like "steroid abuse" thats just an asinine comment to make...
