Do you have a total iron number? Sorry if I missed it somewhere in the thread. Your ferritin score is definitely reflecting a deficiency, basically very little in reserves being stored in your red blood cells. You also need to get some comprehensive thyroid labs. There is a VERY strong correlation with hypothyroidism and low iron/ferritin, and donating will just continue to make the condition worse.
