Minimize size fluctuations while on cycle?

Was reading Austinate's first cycle FAQ and he stated that you may gain 20lbs of water/fat/mussel over 12 weeks. I work in an industry where a 20lb weight change (fat or mussel) over a 12 week period would raise some eyebrows.

Is this weight fluctuation an unavoidable part of cycling?

How, or better yet, why would you want to avoid increase in size while bulking?

    Maybe rephrase the question.

yea little confusing. and BTW anyone can easily gain 20 in two months if they eat junk, so I don't understand why that would rise eyebrows?!

How perceptible is a 20lbs weight change over 3 months. Followed by a 10lbs water drop. As funny as Hazard's comment is I would like to avoid people knowing/suspecting I'm cycling. I work in a mental health setting with young children. When it comes to their children people tend to be conservative and any "suspicions" of drug use may have negative implications on my career.

Mussel? Dear lord...I think your terrible spelling would have more of an impact on your career than a 20lb weight gain. Tbh 20lb will not raise any eyebrows

Would love that and if some size came with it I wouldn't complain. I'm just trying to gather information at this point not quite ready to cycle yet.

Nice. Dyslexia for the win. Homophone's always tripped me up and thanks for the feedback.

water retention is due to poor estro management. fat gain is due to poor diet control. both are easily avoidable on cycle. watch your calories closely and take a good dose of AI and you should be fine.
