The story is great there is some fantastic acting in it but the overall heavy handed directing by Peter berg took away from it.

It's a good movie and worth checking out but p berg isn't winning any awards.

Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.

I'm sure the movie will F it up. Read the book. It's an incredible story. I actually went and met Marcus Luttrel years ago just after his book came out. It was at a large Scottish-Rites Auditorium in South Jersey, Collingswood area if I recall correctly. The event was hosted by Mike Smirconish (sp) who's an author and radio host. The auditorium held 5K people and they could have sold it out many times over. It was two straight hours of Q & A by Smirconish and then some questions from the audience.

It was awesome. Read the book, you won't put it down.

I went ape sh*t on Dan Brown a few years ago.. Angels and Demons, Da Vinci Code, Lost Symbol, started Digital Fortress but never made it through. But yeah otherwise, me too. Book? What is this bo-ok you speak of? So sad. lol.
