I thank you for your post. Since I began TRT my doctor refuses to give me such a test citing that "It's for women" and "Are you taking more steroids than what is prescribed"?! So I'll do a mail-order test! Thanks again.

I wish I could get another doctor, but I'm a vet and at the VAMC you are assigned a doctor and a firm.
The only way I could possibly get a different doctor I would have to put in a complaint to her superior or to administration.
Even my local doctor , a nice walking distance from my home won't give me the test and he says the same ****ing thing.
So I'll do the mail order test after I find one that is the least expensive. I even thought about going to the city hospital.
There I would have to endure the "20 questions" and then the exams and blood tests.
I'll call the medical center today to find out if the hospital does have a TRT program as well as get my estradiol and cortisol levels checked every 2 months. If so, I'm going to say to my 2 uncooperative doctors, "Auf Weidersehen".
