You have to find out what works best for you. If you haven't tried a split routine before then give it a go for a few months and see what happens. .

Full body here. For my career and the way my crazy joints are set up, they work fantastic. You gotta know what your goals are. I've experimented with split body workout and that didn't cut it for me. Also, I have built good size using full body workouts, super sets and high reps. Do what works for you. Try different variations of split body workout from now till June and full body from July till December and gauge your progress.

A lot of pro's are able to workout twice a day so there is no need for them to workout more than one muscle group at a time. Us (non-pro's) don't always have that luxury as most of us have 40+ hour work weeks. Layout your current workout split for us if you're wanting some help or tweeks.

Arnie would do mass volume training one early one late session. It all depends how much time you have. Hit is good quick sessions one body part a day

I personally love doing supersets. It might not be true but I feel like my body gets an equal share in my energy. At least for most of the workout. Depending on how the work out is set up it also gives me a rest period without actually resting, walking across the gym to do pull down after I just finished preacher curls. Keeps my heart rate going but still gives my arms a break. I also believe there is a scientific benefit to supersets. I am looking for something now........ Anyway this is what I have found to really work for me. I've been through several workout partners because they did not like it. I think you will just have to figure out what works best for you.

I think its all preference, there are a million and one workout routines. I dont like to train chest with back as my chest routine is exhausting and i want to maximize my energy to impact the chest to the fullest, then hit the back on a diff day hard. I can see with arms it might not be so bad, but I also prefer to hit biceps 3sets then hit triceps 3set instead of going back and forth to different gym areas. Listen to your body, it will ultimately tell you what works.
