Probably, the way he was coming at people. People with a license to carry know that if you are in danger or if your family is in danger and you pull that thing out you're most likely going to use it.

That was Vitaly, it was shown on Tosh.0 and he spoke about what happened. He didn't actually get beat up or anything. He explained it was a prank and then they had a laugh about it and offered him crack. True story

Well, we're in luck. I've read the Zombie Survival Guide and it's physically impossible for zombies to run. So if someone comes running at you, punch them. If one is slowly walking or crawling, shoot them in the head.

This is very funny, and for the most part harmless. However, I envisage a future prank where he causes someone to have a heart attack, that person expires, and their family bring a civil suit for wrongful death, or perhaps a prosecutor decides to charge him with negligent homicide.
