Hi guys im coming to the end of my 14 weeks cycle im in week 12 now my cycle has been going this way
week 1: test e 500 mg / hgh 4 IU (daily)
week 2-4: test e 750 mg / hgh 4 IU (daily)
week 5-10: test e 1000 mg / hgh 4 IU (daily)
week 11-14: test prop 100 mg (daily) / hgh 4 IU (daily)/ stanazol 100 mg ( daily)
im using armidex each other day and using hcg each 5 days during the whole cycle
i went from 67kgs up to 84 kgs everything is going perfect
my diet from week 1 till week 10 is as the following
NUTRITION PROGRAM
*MEAL 1: 1scope WHEY PROTEIN WITH 80gm OATS PLUS SKIMMED MILK BLENDER.
- MULTI VITAMIN ( animal pak)
*MEAL 2: 5 BOILED EGGS PLUS 1 kg banana 100 mg brown RICE raw.
*MEAL 3: 500 GM MEAT or FISH or HALF CHICKEN PLUS 200GM RICE or OATS or POTATO.
*MEAL 4: TUNA SALAD
*MEAL 5: 500 GM MEAT or FISH or HALF CHICKEN.
*MEAL 6: CASIEN PROTEIN PLUS SKIMMED MILK PLUS VEGETABLES
- 10GM L-GLUTAMINE.
now after you have seen this i want to know the amount of calories and macros ( protien , fats, carbs ) that i need to lean out providing that im 12 _ 12.5% BF i wann be in the range of 9% _ 10% BF
thats what i was using for 3 days i dont want to post the whole new diet beacuse it will be seriously a very long post so here are my current macros :
*Total calories = 2600
*total protien = 290gm
*total fats = 69gm
*total carbs= 204gm
i know i cut down too much calories and im afraid to loose muscles as im an absolute hard gainer so i want to know if those macros are good for me to minimize muscle loss while cutting or i need to up anything i know that you are the best that can help guys waiting for your opinions , tank you so much in adavnce
