At 20 years of age, shutting down your endocrine system while its still developing is a very bad idea. You risk long term problems or permanent suppression of your HTPA.

Best to wait until you're 25. That's most of the advice you will get from the vets with the most knowledge to share.

How long have you been lifting? What's your current bf%! What is your current caloric intake and macro split? Do you know your TDEE?

If you take all of this all at once you will have no idea what might be causing problems if you have any. I am in my 40's and have never had a problem with anything until I recently tried T3. You really should not be doing any of this for a few years, but definitely should not being doing all that stuff all at once without knowing how your body will respond to any of them. Good luck

Look up possible side effects of triiodothyronine (T3). Just because you haven't heard of the negative effects doesn't mean they don't exist. Plenty of young men on this board who cycled anabolics at your age now suffer erectile dysfunction, low/no sex drive, depression and more. How many of those guys do you actually think walk around telling their buddies, "hey guess what, I met this hot chick last night and I was about to bang her but my dick doesn't work now!" There aren't many young guys who are going to gloat about THAT.

Why don't YOU tell us what you know about triiodothyronine? If this is something you are determined to do, show us the research you've done. If you don't know the effects and risks, you are nowhere near serious about this.

T3 is involved in many bodily functions (metabolism, heart rate, body temperature, growth, to name the primary ones). It increases oxygen and energy consumption, breakdown of glycogen, increases systolic pressure, and can even effect neurotransmitters in your brain that regulate sleep, mood, and appetite.

Screwing with your thyroid gland can have numerous potential negative effects. To name only a few: chest pain or tightness, slow/irregular heart beat, diarrhea, decreased urine output, extreme fatigue/lethargy, dizziness, syncope (fainting), weak pulse, dyspnea (shortness of breath).
