HGH will mostly be anti-aging at that dose, but after time, you will see body fat loss, and then eventually denser muscle. Everyone has their "magic number." Mine is 3.5-4iu a day (I only use it for fat loss). Being so small, your number might be 2. Get everything in check, and THEN add HGH. You don't need to do anything special while on HGH, but get your t4 levels checked after a few weeks of usage, and see if they have dropped below normal. I think it's insane that some people self-medicate t4. HGH is not really for immediate muscle gain. It does in fact build new muscle, which is what separates it from steroids (which only makes the muscles you already have TEMPORARILY bigger), so if you really want to immediately put on muscle and get stronger, it would do you well to get some low dose anavar (10mg per pill), and start off doing 30mg a day split into three doses. Anavar and HGH are my favorite drugs, but I will choose HGH any day. I can bulk all year long, and LOSE fat, while putting on the muscle from my bulk diet.
