    I was shocked by my BF

    I was on a diet and its been 7 months now down 19Kg. But I was shocked that my bf still high which is 18%, I expected less since my abs are visible (a little I guess, which i never had them.). How can I drop more bf ? do you think that this is 18% ?

    What is ur height and weight? Posting your diet in the diet section would help. And letting us know what your training is would help too.
    What was the method of testing?

    182 cm, 82 Kg. my diet was of 4 meals a day. 100g carbs 200g pro and 60g of fat. I train 6 days a week. 4-5 sets 3 rep (8's).
    but in the pic do u think thats 18% ? isnt my abs visible ?

    15-18%

    tests aren't always 100% accurate.. don't get too caught up in the numbers.. just look in the mirror and judge by that..

    if i was you id be bulking...

    I have that problem in my chest its not getting wide open no idea why :/

    Based on the one pic I agree with the other guess of 15-18 and if wheels and back look same just guessing id say closer to 15

    everyone on here is usually nice when someone posts a progress pics. Props on the diet and getting your bf down. It is not easy. No you are not 15% or close imo. That honesty but that doesnt or shouldn't stop you from your goal. Keep eating clean and some cardio and you could be below 15 soon. Keep it up

    calipers are frought with error

    there are a variety of fat types/locations.

    subQ, which the caliper is good at picking up
    there is also intramuscular, which the calipers are NOT good at picking up.
    there can also be tatty deposits around major organs. again the calipers will not pick this up.

    Yeah you look lower than 18% man. You should go get a Bod Pod done! It's much more accurate than calipers. I stole this link from Austinite which should help you in locating a Pod in your area. COSMED Test Site Locator

    Thank you and appreciate your honest opinion. I will not stop. My goal is to hit 12-13% bf.

    I will keep lookin at that mirror, Those abs are pretty hard to get..
