Compounds or cycles for athletic performance?

Does anyone have any info on the best compounds or combination of compounds that would benefit athletic performance?

Is there any difference in speed and or strength? i.e. one compound that specifically improves one aspect of athletic performance?

I do recognize that training in general, and nutrition are important factors here- just in keeping all other factors the same, is there any AAS known to have more of these effects than others?

You should look at the performance metrics. Most power moves (force/time) require technique, connecting tissues, and muscular contraction. Test will improve the muscular development. The muscular development could be converted to muscular contraction through specific training. Technique is a function of visualization and specific training. Connecting tissue strength comes over time and specific training. Based on my rather gross analysis I would say that Test + Training is the best combination to enhance performance. The whole goal of AAS is to increase the efficiency in the muscles to process nutrients and develop. I don't know of a magic pill where one pill makes you jump higher, another pill makes you punch harder, and yet another pill makes you run faster. It goes back to hard training, proper diet, and proper AAS cycle.
