Hey guys, I'm a 22 year old 5'7" male who has been training for 9 years. I am frequently complimented by how shredded I am, but in spite of the fact I look very muscular, I only weigh 155-160 pounds. I was recently approached by one of my friends who uses gear but doesn't use any form of PCT, just Test! My main stipulation is that if I am ever going to use, I need to do it intelligently. Unfortunately I don't know where I can get my hands on anything associated with PCT.
My main concerns are:
1. Gyno
2. Water Retention
3. Fat gain
4. Depression
Are these disastrous side effects pretty much inevitable without PCT? If so, how long does it take for my body to return back to "normal"? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
