    I do bananas before workout to prevent "workout fatigue". But that's just me
    yeah, I usually don't do too much salt either
    I don't do all the cooking =(


    and btw, I had a few cups of green tea and abstained from eating the rest of the night.

    maybe i'll start doing that in the evening
