    Great work man!!! Amazing progress for 1 year... and at 18 years old, you're the perfect age. Imagine what you'll look like in 5 years if you keep at it (and I hope you do)!!

    Don't forget legs! Pretty sick progress so far. Goes to show the gains you can make with hard work. Keep at it and you'll have an incredible base setup by the time you hit 25 and start cycling

    Month update on the progress + new pics. (1yr 3 month progress) Put the same before picture for reference

    Anyway it's nice to see the scale finally hitting above 160 (even though it's due in large part to me going over my macros on leftover thanksgiving food which explains the fat gain in my lower back) as it was my goal for this year and I still have the rest of the month to go

    Biggest problem thus far has been my traps. Been hitting them 2x a week for awhile now, but progress is still painfully slow. .5 inch difference in my biceps is also a problem for me


    Also thanks for the compliments on the progress! Working hard to put on a lot more size to make the 2 year transfo impressive

    thats some awesome progress !
    hardly look like the same dude, keep at it brother
    i have a hard time building size on my arms as well, just remember to keep at it, bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint

    Forgot about this thead. Been 6 months and I'm bumping with some new updates and pics

    As of today I'm 173lbs. I've brought up the lagging points I used to have a big problem with, but new ones have come about lol

    My goals now have changed a bit more towards making major strength gains on the big 3 lifts, and I believe the rest of the size I want/still need will come as my lifts go up.

    The irony of having to claim natty on a steroid forum lol I'm natural. Not touching AAS until my 20th birthday next year. Not because the age is a special number, but because another year of anal macro counting and programming to just see minimal gains as what I'm used to getting won't be worth it to me to stay natural

    If im reading everything correct you went from 136 to 173 naturally in 19 months. I wouldnt screw with whats working so well.
