    Hi all,
    Just joined and am excited to dive into this site. I’m 34, 6ft and currently 220lbs. I’m not uncomfortably large, but that weight is mostly fat and I am looking to drop the blubber and build more muscle.
    Lost my drive after an ACL tear, then pregnancy…I’m already down 30lbs, but I don’t feel like I’m building the necessary muscle and I’m desperately wanting to avoid the “saggy skin”!!
    Hoping to learn a lot here. This is my first ANYTHING forum so I'm excited!

    Jump over to the nutritional forum. Check out cutting 101 and other stickies. You'll want to start with weights and increase cardio. You'll feel better after a few weeks eating healthy. Good luck.
