Hi all,
Just joined and am excited to dive into this site. I’m 34, 6ft and currently 220lbs. I’m not uncomfortably large, but that weight is mostly fat and I am looking to drop the blubber and build more muscle.
Lost my drive after an ACL tear, then pregnancy…I’m already down 30lbs, but I don’t feel like I’m building the necessary muscle and I’m desperately wanting to avoid the “saggy skin”!!
Hoping to learn a lot here. This is my first ANYTHING forum so I'm excited!
