honestly, "5 months non stop" is not a long time, even if you have been lifting longer with breaks.

So I've done some analysis for you. Based on your stats and assuming a moderate activity level (where most of us are really at), your TDEE is around 3100 cals a day. Your minimum protein requirement puts you at 240 grams/day, although your ideal intake at TDEE is closer to 310.

See, everyone comes here "knows about nutrition", but only a minority really do. I'm trying to make a point here. If your diet is not spot on, any gains due to anabolics post cycle will evaporate quickly, including var.

and for those that really do know about nutrition, can immediately tell you their TDEE, how many grams of protein per day they consume, how many cals/day above/below TDEE they are eating, why they are doing what they do, and also track their daily eating.

Nutrition is THE most underrated aspect of what we do.
