LowT network down

I was waiting anxiously to get a call/email from both LowT and Empower this morning, but I noticed the site was acting weird so I called in. Apparently the site crashed and has been down since Saturday!

This really sucks for me because now that I've paid $200+ over the air travel reimbursement max ($700+ total out of pocket including sign up) to fly out of town on short notice to get my treatment going ASAP, I'm stuck waiting on the system to get my meds shipped.

Sorry for the rant guys, but I feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick on this one.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I promise it's affecting everyone that is regulated by HIPAA, not just you but all of our clients as well as any company, group or organization that is regulated by HIPAA as their server has an issue. Regardless, we will do all we can to make up for any inconvenience that you've experienced regardless of the cause of that inconvenience.

Thank you for the response and information regarding the current issue LT. I know it's out of your hands as sometimes shit just happens, but I feel like the timing couldn't be any worse for me personally.
If there is anything you can do for me to remedy the situation, it would be greatly appreciated.
