Hi there i was in the army for 8 years and due to wear n tear knees are pretty stuffed but with control and building my muscles the aches seem to be less. Since leaving the army i put on about 15kg of fat but due to self relishing (maybe a word) i got my ass back into gear n lost most of it and am now more muscle then i had previous due to hypertrophy exercises instead of endurance
My stats are; 30 years old 180cm
82kg in the AM
l always had a runners body and mostly gain on stomach doh!
b/fat 15-16%
chest 105
waist 90
legs 65 and little arms 37.5cm
I am interested in all health n fitness soo have done alot of research and am keen as to learn more
I will be starting my first cycle soon of test e and will hopefully make a blog to track my journey and get any advice from any1 willing to help haha.
