AI's ? experienced users

Got a question. Always trying to learn more and more. I'm 43 been running gear for 8 years. I've ran low dose to high doses. My favorite cycle is test e, deca, tren e and usually kick start with an oral.

I've ran cycles without AI's when I first started and then ran my cycle with AI's later on. Years ago i read AI's hindered gains so I wouldn't run them.

You hear it both ways.

As of to date what is the most recommended way.
As I mentioned. I usually always run some test, deca, and tren.
What would you take ai wise or anything else. Start to finish. Doses when to take.

Depends on your body and the AI you choose. Some guys take .25mg of Arimidex EOD and some guys take a little more. I would start with something like that and let bloodwork decide if changes are necessary. Most people crash estrogen when they are having those issues. Always take your AI on those cycles.

There really isn't a specific recommended way. It really depends on your BW

Arimidex is only of the most widely used Ai's from what I have seen.


Not to be a dick by any means, but I would like to see what these kinda heavy cycles without Ai's produce. Post up a pic bro


Running no Ai on a test/tren/deca cycle is like running through traffic & hoping for the best. But, I'd love to see someone prove that fact wrong

Have you ever pulled BW on cycle? You'd probably be shocked. BW helps you nail down how much AI you actually require.
AI's are always needed. And if running two 19 Nor's then DA's should be in the mix as well. It's a recipe for disaster without them.
The most damaging sides from not controlling E are internal, not external, so you won't see them coming.

1) Blood work is the most accurate way to determine your current state. 2) when you introduce exogenous Test into your system the HPTA will always shut down and E2 will rise. 3) You must have an AI to balance the Test/E2 ratio. 4) Too much AI, resulting in too low E2 will affect your gains. So be judicious. Don't take too much AI. .25mg/ed should be good for most. 5) remember, gyno is precancerous so it would seem to make sense to add AI to your cycle to prevent gyno.

on my bw. I've always told my doctor what I do. And told him that if any thing looks out of whack to let me know. Cause nothing isn't worth harming your health. I've never seen the print out of my bw my doctor has always said everything looks fine. Guess I should get a copy to see the numbers. When looking at the bw. Which parts are you looking at to see what needs adjusted and what doesn't

Well there are a ton of different variables that can be elevated or too low when on cycle. I won't list em all cause I'm on my phone so I'll let someone else elaborate. But for determining AI doses you just need to know you estrogen levels, estradiol is the nomenclature you're looking for.

If you're having regular blood work done while on cycle most of the things you have to look out for are probably covered. However, most doctors won't do a hormone panel which would include your test levels and your estrogen. You need to make sure he's running a complete hormone panel. Then get your sensitive E2 number and use that to adjust your AI dose.

You will also need your test levels so that you know what number you need to return to after you have completed PCT to make sure you are fully recovering.

Things like lipids, liver function, LH, RBC, etc should be covered in the regular blood work you get every year with your physical. But if you don't specifically ask, it has been my experience that they don't include hormone panels without being asked.

I always take AI's accordingly with respect to my cycle. Keeping estrogen in check is number one most important thing to me. Being on srtrt and running cyles here and there I keep my esto in check and give blood frequently and after 2.5 yrs my blood work always comes back excellent, so It's working for me.
