1 year TRT before and after pics

I know I've shared my experience already with regards to overall mood, energy, libido, sense of well being, etc... So I won't get into all that again other than to say I feel like a whole new person these days in a good way. I found an old pic from a vacation about 2 years ago and was personally shocked to see the difference in a photo like that! I was about 160lbs at that time, and believe it or not I actually busted my ass in the gym just to look like that. I've lifted since I was a teenager, and at one time my typical weight was around 180lbs. I'm not even sure anymore exactly when it started, but somewhere around my late 20's or early 30's I just started shrinking and settled into an average weight in the 160 range even though I ate and trained the same.(fwiw, I hover around 205 right now) I just figured at the time that losing strength and not getting the same results out of the gym anymore was just a part of aging. In retrospect, I was probably low T for several years before finally getting diagnosed. I thought about editing my beautiful face out of all pics, but then I figured anyone who knows me would recognize me from the tats more than the face anyway, so f-it. I know my calves aren't huge, but pre-trt I had some seriously skinny chicken legs, so having anything below the knee is a novelty for me
Hope everyone has a great Turkey Day!

Good to see. Keep at it. It's amazing what trt and proper nutrition and training can accomplish.

Thanks guys! This forum has been a huge help with all this. There's no way I'd have even half the understanding I do of how to properly manage trt without the support of this site. It made the learning curve much quicker for sure.

i applaud you baxter, we hardley see the real results of good health and simply go off words on a computer screen. this will give alot of guys the encouragement to sort out themselves hormonally, im hoping to join you soon on the trt bandwagon- all things going well with my next appointment, thanks for the photos/encouragement.

Lol, no, my bones stopped growing long ago and nothings going to change that. The extra width/thickness is just muscle. I will say its a little surprising to see how much of a visual difference adding just an inch or two of muscle makes to a persons overall appearance.

Just a random update. The only bad side to trt I've dealt with is acne on my back/chest/shoulders. Now, for no particular reason, its almost 100% cleared up over just the last month or so. I'm not doing anything different. My best guess is my body is finally reaching a homeostasis point at which it can deal with the new hormones without going crazy on my skin. Just goes to show for all the guys who start trt and complain that all their symptoms aren't completely better after 2 weeks.....be patient! Even after over a year on trt, apparently my body is still making adjustments. Not complaining about this one though, good riddance!

GREAT JOB BAX!! I'm currently looking into TRT as I have found out just last wk... Been off, quality of life...lethargy, depression, and so on... Have ruled out thyroid/Lipids/CMP/CBC/igf1/LH/FSH/Prolactin all good... But suffered serious trauma(leading to opiates on and off hlf my life(31)... So it's great to hear there is hope! And I know this now! Thx for sharing!
