    new member pic

    Just wanted to say hi and you have a great board. This is a pic from my last competition in2001 where I took overall and heavyweight masters at Southern States. Stats:
    40, 15 years training, 13 years competing. 5'10, 250 off season and 205 at competition. All natural

    I think you look amazing..... would of never guessed you were 40..another perk of training. We look younger.... I'm 33, be 34 in June .. last week i get ID at a bar... lol.. the legal age here is 19.

    i have had 2 surgeries since my overall win, both where slip and fall injuries,first was neck surgery to remove the disc between c6-c7 and they put a bone plug and a titanium plate with 4screws,the second fall they had to remove two-thirds of the disc between l4,l5 and i dont know if i will ever compete or be a personal trainer again,but people who have negative things to say probably never one or did a contest, but hopefully from the grace of god i will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
