Test E - When do i inject again

I'm running a 500 mg/wk test E cycle only, i injected 250mg on friday, should i do my next injection today or tommorow?

Every three days, along side HCG.

Use an alarm on your phone and set it three days from Friday then set it three days from your last injection and so on. If you forget, all you have to do is look at the alarm and see when you last injected.

thus is incorrect if he does 250 every 3 days hell be taking in more then 500mg a week
