    Advice for female first cycle to build a figure body and drop body fat

    Hi ,

    I'm new to the form and I find it interesting, I have been lifting for almost 2 years and I want to drop my body fat and build a figure body

    My current Stat is :
    Female
    28 years old
    162 cm hight
    54 kg
    Body fat around 25 %

    With regard to my nutrition and workout

    I eat 5 meals a day and I train 6 day a week

    And I have not used any steroids before
    I really love bodybuilding and I want to build figure body but unfortunately it's very hard naturally without enhancements therefore I want to use the kind that will give me the wanted results and with least side effects as possible and it would be great if I can also avoid injections

    Any suggestions ?

    Don't know if you have done any research yet - But, Anavar at daily dose of 5-10mg is most common

    As far as Var goes - you want to make sure you are getting Anavar and not just another steroid. Anavar is pretty much #1 to be faked.

    You need to get things in order before you even think of using gear. At 25% BF your diet is way of. You need to create a working environment for the anavar to work. By what you said it seems like your relying on drugs to do the work for you. Hit up the diet section and get started there. Good luck.

    25% is high - I think- I was thinking about that. What's good for a female anyway?

    Same as a guy. If your not dedicated to your diet enough to get below 15%, is gear really necessary or warranted ? Women have more chances of negative sides, crappy stuff like deepening of voice, acne or facial hair growth. imagine a girl getting those then decides she really isnt into training, or decides to get married then that life takes over and theres no time for training. Only the most serious of women should use gear.

    Well, the best way I suppose to put is a matter of preference - 25% is damn decent in my book - of course this doesn't apply to all

    Also - I do agree for being dedicated through. Don't fvck yourself up just cause. < this goes for anyone

    Plus, women could be slightly higher than 15%... They already carry more fat(breasts, hips, etc)... Correct me if I'm wrong but 25% like Samson said looks to be pretty good maybe 20%??

    I would say the main thing is not to just use it as a fad

    Chancing fvcking yourself up for nothing is not so good


    And female Bf% is way dif than a guy's

    ^^^^^right ! Females at 20 or 25% are fine to start var. that's a very healthy bf% to be at. True about the dedication also but that should go without saying..... If you are going to take that big step up in your life just for looks you better be prepared.

    Thank you guys, your replies really helped me make my mind about this well what I think I'm gonna do is still pushing forward and tuning for a better diet I will stay consistent and try to drop my body fat to 20 % with no need to use any enhancement that will be my first phase then to the second phase I might use anavar by then as I heard the last pounds of fat in the women's body is the most stubborn

    You don't need AAS to drop your bf% and get in shape. You need to learn to diet, a good diet and training routine is all you need.

    I see the same thing on here everytime a girl is asking for advice, they get it instantly and everyone is 100% for it. But if a guy comes on here and wants to use AAS they just get bashed, not always though but most of the time.
