Agreed.. My bedtime nutrition consists of 1 cup Friendship no salt added cottage cheese, a couple tablespoons of powdered peanut butter, 1/2 serving of whey or plant based protein powder, almond milk added till it's at a good consistency, then a handful of blackberries, blueberries & one cut up banana.Originally Posted by fitnesstrainer
