I would throw Tren A in but everytime it destroys my skin with breakouts really bad.
I'm 32yo, 6'2", 225lbs empty, roughly 17% bf, eating roughly 2500-3000 cal/day as clean as I can, lifting roughly 4-5 days/week.
My goal is #1- lose fat to bring back the abs, and #2- keep/gain muscle.
I've ran several cycles and been blasting and cruising for almost 2 years now. I just want to get the most of my time and effort to look my best in 5 weeks.
Can I get some advice for improvements please? Thanks
