Just lay it all out bare, let ppl throw there ideas at you, then decide for yourself. 40g of carbs per meal ? Well depends how many meals lol. I liked my carbs at breakfast after fasted cardio and weights. And for evening meal, again after weights and cardio. I carb cycled. 100-150 low days 250-300 high days. I used fitnesspal to track foods and cals.
