Hcg and ai question

How far long do you keep the adex and hcg? Running 12 week deca(300mg) + 14 week test e (500mg).
Currently taking adex .25 ed and hcg 500iu week.

Starting clomid nolva pct 2 weeks after last test e jab.
Question is i heave read this bunch times befor my cycle and stuff but i always forgot lol . So do i run hcg all the way to pct or stop at last jab? And adex also do i run until pct or last jab? Thanks!

Run both up until 3 days before PCT. You might find your AI too much toward the end as the test leaves your system after the last pin so maybe EOD will be ok for you then.
