    Right arm vs Left arm

    Hey folks

My right arm has always been more developed and stronger than my left (probably because of being right handed)

My right arm can also do more reps than my left arm, my left arm example will do 6 bicep curls and my right can do 8-10

To allow my left arm to catch up i always train my left arm to failure and my right arm to match it

But im finding my left arm is now getting bigger than my right! - probably because its being trained to failure.

Even though the left is starting to get bigger, my right is still stronger and can lift more reps as well

So im baffled on what to do lol

You can't tell which one is bigger you have to really examine and stare and feel around, but the left is definatley getting more fuller and bigger, but my right is still stronger and can do more reps and lift a heavier weight.

    Thoughts suggestions please?

I've got the same thing, left bicep is bigger than my right bicep because the intensity is higher when the total mechanical tension was being kept the same for each arm. Now i've started doing 1-2 reps extra on the right side per unilateral bicep movement.

I'm right handed, but my left is definitely stronger and more developed. Hoping HIT is going to help remedy that.

Best way to get balance is to stop the set when the weaker arm is done. Over time the imbalance will begin to minimize.

Have the same imbalance. All the way down to my leg. It's odd because I am a lefty. I started doing one legged curls, the left is catching up.
