I am going on holiday on the last week of December and have been training naturally for a bit now.
I'm 6'0, steady 85kg, and on a clean diet. I bulk on just over 4k calories and maintain at about 3k calories. Anything below 2.7k calories and I start loosing weight. I can go into more detail about what I consume if it helps.
Ideally I want to get to about 90kg ish and loose some body fat around my waist for my holiday on the beach. I am not looking for a 6 pack or a 'cut/ripped' look. Muscle mass in the right places to look 'fuller' and some definition is more than enough for me. For example - the guy in the pic attached is not mega cut up but looks like a gym dude.
What is the best cycle for this (aside from using test)?
- Tren: I have a relatively high metabolic rate so with tren/test and cardio this may just make me leaner instead of buffer?
- Deca: Last time I tried deca with test I did blow up but was very watery/looked highly estrogenic despite being on AI (had blood work, hormones were fine).
- Mast: Not really sure this helped much with a test cycle, maybe a trio combo is best?
Can't I do a test/deca cycle while taking avatar or something to burn fat/keep water down or something?
