    Cycle Help

    I am going on holiday on the last week of December and have been training naturally for a bit now.

    I'm 6'0, steady 85kg, and on a clean diet. I bulk on just over 4k calories and maintain at about 3k calories. Anything below 2.7k calories and I start loosing weight. I can go into more detail about what I consume if it helps.

    Ideally I want to get to about 90kg ish and loose some body fat around my waist for my holiday on the beach. I am not looking for a 6 pack or a 'cut/ripped' look. Muscle mass in the right places to look 'fuller' and some definition is more than enough for me. For example - the guy in the pic attached is not mega cut up but looks like a gym dude.

    What is the best cycle for this (aside from using test)?

    - Tren: I have a relatively high metabolic rate so with tren/test and cardio this may just make me leaner instead of buffer?
    - Deca: Last time I tried deca with test I did blow up but was very watery/looked highly estrogenic despite being on AI (had blood work, hormones were fine).
    - Mast: Not really sure this helped much with a test cycle, maybe a trio combo is best?

    Can't I do a test/deca cycle while taking avatar or something to burn fat/keep water down or something?

    Cycle 1: Test cup 300mg/ml /Tren 150mg/ml cycle. 2.5ml a week of each. With clen/winny after and then PCT.
    Cycle 2: Test E 300mg/ml/Deca 300mg/ml cycle. 2.5ml a week of each. With avatar after then PCT.

    Those are the only 'legit' cycles. I ran some more test/tren myself but I'm not sure it was legit gear.
    (Rarely have side effects apart from libido change and hair growth which is nice.)

    read the beginner cycle sticky. Planning and executing my first successful cycle. Everything you need is right there from the cycle to ancillary to hcg and pct

    What recommendations do you have to look like the dude in the pic above?

    Your appearance will be determined by your nutrition and training gear is only the icing on the cake

    Yup I meant overall tips. I do eat clean

    Its really hard to say this cycle will make you look like this, and that cycle will make you look like that.
    These will be the main factors to determin your physique;

    Diet
    Training
    Genetics
