In general you may have a fluctuation due to water and aodium levels. It can be surpirisingly substantial if you were really in a caloric defecit.
What may help is to create a diet that suits you and stick to it. It appears that you may have a Hodge-podge of items in your diet now, with no real structure.
Break down your eating schedule into roughly 6 meals that can provide you protein/carbs throughout your day. This is, imo, the best way to moderate your diet.
