    need some help

    i will be running test 400 , tren accetate and anavar for twelve weeks . can someone tell me the best way to run these and what p.c.t i should use and when . hope to here some good answers thanks guys .

    Its a little concerning your asking about PCT, there pretty straight forward for most cycles, including your proposed one.

    height 5ft 9
    weight 11 and a half st
    body fat between 15 and 20 percent



    training 2 years but fully training 5 months everyday
    cycle , 3 cycles , 1st cycle oxyballs , 2nd tren acc and test 400 , 3 cycle tren test and oxy couldnt use pct due to some home problems didnt get a chance to. and not enough knollage , i want to do things rite this time and no more about what im doing my friend told me to do what i said as above and to use hcg afew days after the cycle , could you tell me the correct way to do this thanks bro ..

    Your a 160lbs after 3 cycles? Youve trained for a total of 2 years and done 3 cycles? Looks to me you have rushed into AAS.

    I think you need to review your diet and calorie intake

    as i said bro i done no pct plus was out of training for a wile , lost all my gains but now i have been training 5 months solid . can you tell me the best way to do what i said above pal and when and what pct should i use , all the help is needed so i can learn more , thanks pal

    I think at your height and weight you can make more gains natty but take some time and read the stickie planning and executing my first successful cycle. Everything you are looking for is in there

    Your diet is everything. Alot of people don't realize that next to the gym it is by far the most important thing and the deciding factor on what you will look like.

    I started steroids at 18 or 19 and used to eat as much as I can, pizza, mass shakes, kfc, burgers, etc. I got big but never looked as good as I wanted. Once I started eating clean and tracking my intake daily the fat came off so quickly. I was shocked how easy it was

    i understand diet is everything but its so hard , i suppose it takes time to learn, my diet would sort of be clean but not as much as it should i do eat some junk food , i would have a bowl of porrige in the morning with a scoop of protein , for lunch chicken of turkey wrap , when finished with the gym il have a pro shake with createin then dinner mince or stake , its not cheap eating like a champ ha , how would i calculate my daily intake ???

    You MUST get your diet sorted before cycling and learn to stick to it before cycling as you will continue to lose your gains.

    If i were you id get my diet in order and train without gear for a long time (atleast 6 months) once diet and training discipline is there, then consider cycling

    jump in to the nutrition section and post up your food intake. You will be surprised what those guys can do for you tweaking your diet

    hcg starts from the very beginning of your cycle and you run it right up to 3 days prior to starting your pct.a standard pct consists of 2 serms Clomid and nolvadex. Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20 the start time depends on the compounds you are running long or short esters

    Tren ace you need to inject everyday or every other day its a very short ester

    Test 400 im guessing is a blend of different esters of Test, it will tell you on the bottle. Its more likely to have short and long esters in it.

    Take hcg twice a week (250iu x 2) = 500iu a week

    Also get somearimidex and run it at 0.25 every other day, this will help control your E2 levels

    If its your first cycle id leave the tren out. Its not needed you will get great gains with test only.

    Yes arimidex are usualy tablets, some get liquid but ive never had it in liquid form

    500iu is the strength of the drug not the amount

    Bro u don't need juice let alone Tren your joking rite?? You got to ask what's a long and short ester cmon bro and you don't even no how to count how much to shoot. Your gonna jack yourself up, you said it cost a lot to eat good and you eat out here and there bro one fast food meal around 20$ will give you close to 2000sodium almost your whole fat intake of the day high cholesterol and if your drinking soda or anything but water forget it that's over half a days worth of sugar. Instead you coulda bought a rotisserie for 6$ 5 dozen eggs 11$ and a couple of tuna for the same amount And hundreds of protein. It's hard to believe you've done 3 cycles at your weight and body fat% and because of how you don't no anything except names of steroids. A Tren test cycle without pct and various other cycles no pct can you even have sex daily? If not you need trt and not pct. not tryna sound like a dik but dam man Did you just have a friend shoot whatever he wanted in you your last cycles being that you don't no long or short ester and dosing amount You need to drop your bf% from dieting before cycle you don't wanna start at 20% in my opinion that's pretty out of shape. Once you learn how to eat properly 15% could be 3-4 weeks from now then if any juice test E 500mg a week and search pct and any other question in the search bar it's already been answered in detail on this forum bro. Don't hurt yourself


    Also how the hell did you manage 160 5"9 20bf% deosnt sound rite at all for instance

    thanks bro but these cycles i done afew years ago as i said bro i couldnt get a chance to do a pct . so i lost everything . now im back in the gym a solid 5 months , my diet would be 3 meals plus shakes a day but not enough veg plus what i would eat would have fatty substances with it, i eat chicken mince turky eegs but alot of cheese and mayo , see were i come from and my area ive been told how much to use and then some pct but since i came on here im learning a whole lot more and more about pct , its all a learning process , haha and coarse i could get have sex daily theres no problem there , but i want to do things rite this time since ive learned more on this site , i didnt say i eat out of here and there i said it cost alot to eat like a champ ie stakes chicken mince turkey eggs veg and how many times a day to eat these aswell ,. i am 75 kg and i think im around between 15 and 20 , the machines were i am dont give a good reading , thanks for the feed back as i said i need to learn more .. i will put a pic up of me and hopefully that will show you guys what size an bf is just as a reference

    Ya please do posta reference pic bro. Honestly you wanna be eating a minimum of 20+ protien every 2 hours so instead of eating 3 huge meals and 2 or 3 shakes eats 6 smaller meals that are high in protien low in sugar and fats. Definetly 500mg test E split into 2shots a weeks 1ml Monday 1ml Thursday .25 AI eod if your tryna drop weight is suggest less red meat and processed and a mostly chicken diet also CUT all mayonnaise or condiments besides mustard no sweet drink no bs and you'll get the results you want quick any other questions you can't find threw a search hit me up

    you're gonna have to do better than that if you wanna grow, my friend....MUCH better. three meals a day is probably only maintenance for you IMO.
