Please help

Hi everyone I'm very new to all of this and just wanted some advice really.
I want to do my first cycle I have been told by two friends two different things to do
First one a 12 week cycle with test e 1 mil a week just to start and arimidex
Second one a 6 week cycle with using just the 10 mil viral over the 6 weeks then after in my 2nd cycle one says to add tren e and other deca I just don't know where to start

Any advice would be very helpful
