the big 'bowl' around the injection is probably the 3cc's of test in ur muscle, thats a good volume. I tried my quad for the first time the other, shot .7ml of SL test e 250 in the teardrop of the right quad... killed me for about two days, all gone now. Shot the same amount in the right glute this morning (just switched from RT to SL, no pain ever w/ RT) and it has been fine so far. good luck bro.
