I may be joining you day shift guys at some point in the future, maybe. A few of the engineers at work are really pressing for me to be on day shift and basically be a dedicated machinist for the engineering department. I don't know, we'll see how it plays out.
If it does go that way, I would still get up and lift @ around 2-3 a.m. E. Coast time so I could wish Marcus, Clarky, and the rest of our overseas friends a "Good morning".

Its nice when you have things figured out and just go with it. No guessing, just hit it. Use this blast in Sept. as motivation to work hard on your bf, I always try to "earn" my usage.

Yes sir. Think you've seen them before? 5 vials per box. 2ml vials @ 100mg/ml. They seem to be very good. Got a few other things, and ended up with some Sustanon amps as well somehow. Never really been a big fan of multi ester hormones, but figure I can mix them 50/50 with some Testoviron or Testex and probably be G2G?
Defo using.the upcoming blast as motivation. Gives me about 6 weeks to knock off 10-12 lbs. without cutting into my heard earned old man muscles.

Ok, ladies and germs, the wife decided to have spaghetti for breakfast, so she bought the "wind" on herself, although I will blame any odors on the beast or her.
1.5 cups of whole wheat noodles, 8.5 oz of 93/7 ground turkey and some watered down Ragu sauce w/ a few fresh mushrooms sliced up on it.
Time to rest. Hang in there, it's almost Friday.

Ok guys - switched it up to delts & traps

Pre-exhaust

Side laterals
Warm ups including RCs
2w heavy 6-10 3 drops
2w 10-15 w/3 drops
Right into 45* laterals(pulling delts back hitting both caps & traps/rhomboids) palms up more instead of pouring out the water
4x 15-20 just burning them out -- filled with blood felt great

Rears lying facing bench(palms facing toward me - pulling Up & out
1w DD x 5 lighter but really squeezing hitting high reps(20ish including drops)

Just trying to get as much blood in the delts - well it helped b/c I was able to press later

Rev grip front raises
Heavy(4-7reps) to light(8-12) x4

Long bar face pulls supers rev cable flys
4x 15-20/4x 10-15

Rev Hammer strength press facing recline bench
2w 3 drops slightly higher reps(8-15)

Shrugs
Pyramided up then 3drops + RP

Best delt w/o I've had in ages - I couldn't even think of doing anything else I'm tore up!

Most definitely. I've always been somewhat of a night owl, even when I worked day shift regularly. I enjoy the night air and the wildlife noises at that time of night/morning. It's not a sure thing yet about day shift, but I have had like 3 of the engineers pull me aside and ask if I would be interested, so we'll see. If it doesn't happen, I'm content to work the zombie shift, although Mrs..AG would be ecstatic to have me @ home in the evenings. She's one of those weird, cheerful "morning" people.

It was just a thought that was rolling through my mind along with a few tumbleweeds. I wasn't able to get as many Testovis as I had planned to so I grabbed some Norma enanthate (although I love Testex and Testoviron !!!!) and rounded things out with some Sust. Still plan to grab more Testovis whenever I have the opportunity. You know how it goes with these things. You have to jump on the stuff whenever you luck up on it.

Honestly, I would love to see you make post #40,000 and roll the thread over to page #1,000. Kind of a milestone and an incentive to keep her rolling onto post# 80,000 and page# 2,000.
