Hey, not sure how to (or if I have permissions yet), but I thought I'd post one pic here to establish a baseline as I begin as a member here (also to help keep me motivated). As soon as I may, or can figure it out, I'll take the plunge.

I am 45 years young, and a 5' 8", 178#, mesomorph, with decent genes I think. My best pic after 8 months of hard work.
