Yes, all steroids cause water retention.

Tren doesn't cause water retention, Prop usually doesn't cause too much, everyone is different though. Are you taking any AI?

Well bloat is usually caused by high estro, so you could try arimidex .25 mg eod and see if that helps, but the only real way to know would be to get BW done.

I tend to bloat much more on long esters, even though I always use an AI. Short esters, not near as much but yes, I do always tend to have a bit no matter what compounds I'm using. I actually prefer to have a little retention. I feel like it keeps my muscles/joints 'lubricated' and helps me handle heavier weights more easily. So for me, in short, water retention = more strength gains.

I wouldn't have thought this would cause any visual water retention. Tren is a diuretic

All esters require water to break down and release the active ingredients. Short esters like Prop and Acetate require less water than longer esters like Cyp and Enth. So guys run short esters for cutting phase and long ester for bulking cycle. Test P + Tren A is a great cutting cycle. It should not hold much water. If you're not on an AI, you could get an offset of E2 which can cause bloating. You really need to be on an AI as well as caber or prami for the gyno. If your nipples are always hard and sore, you might have some gyno issues. Tren is a strong AAS, I hope you're ready for the sides.
