He's in week 6 right now and he was losing weight for the first 4 weeks but has plateau'd despite already increasing the cardio. He doesn't have any cheat days and his diet is clean.
I have done my research and the only reason I would ever post questions here is because the information is not specific enough. A lot of the information that I look through on forums are people that take these compounds but don't know why or how it works.
The only reason I ask for a clen cycle here is because the other ones found online are extremely outdated (early 2000s) so I can't tell if they can be trusted or not.
Also, I'm only hypertensive because of the AAS I'm on right now. I've never had high blood pressure in the past and it only goes up when I'm using AAS.
I would tell him to sign up but a lot of people are really judgmental on here and unless you have the patience for it, you probably wouldn't get any answers. Half the time I post on this site is me explaining about my situation rather than receiving actual advice. I give as much background information as I can but if I miss something, people pick on it forever until you clear it up. I wouldn't want to let anyone else experience that. I'm only here because I already have an account and because I actually do my research before starting any kind of AAS.
My friend is 6'2, 225lbs, 14% body fat (DEXA scan so this percentage is accurate). He's been working out since he was 16 years old and he's now 28 years old (that's 12 years of experience + plus he plays rugby and hockey). He definitely knows how to diet and cardio but this is the first time he's even thought about using AAS.
We're not fatties looking for a quick fix for fat loss. We're both athletes that are completely new to AAS. If you must know, my stats are 26 years old, 5'9, 185lbs, 12% body fat (also accurate because of DEXA scan, although I am bulking on AAS right now so that percentage might have changed) and have been training for 8 years.
I didn't have high blood pressure before I started AAS. Steroids raised my blood pressure. To be honest, I don't understand how someone can maintain low blood pressure while cycling.
