Not to be rude but I answered these questions in your previous thread.
HCG injections
Sterile water is for single use only.
You need bac water if you'd like to store your hcg for a few weeks and use it multiple times.
It's better to reconstitute with 2ml.

Like I mentioned in your previous thread, bacteriostatic water dot com sells bac water and they ship internationally.
