    But u could add glutamin to the mix. But the body makes glutamine so maybe its not that important.
    You know,I actually was drinking a pom/cran mix from the store. Some organic company,all natural but expensive.
    Thinking about it,workout was pretty good.
    Good juice too,no added sugar.

    There u go....but i guess that was only 5 dl. That is too little. 90 min with weigths require 10 dl. And add in the bcaas. Thats is very important. To make sure your extra fire wont burn musclecells.

    Expensive yes, but u only need it 3 times a week. During your top 3 workouts. At home u can get away with cheaper fruitjuices.
    Especially important for steroidusers. It drains your veins and arteries like no other and work on that cholestrol of yours stopping stroke and heartattach.

    I drank the whole thing which came out to 32 ounces or about 10 dl. Total carb intake was about 128 grams I believe.
    I usually stick to whole fruit and oats before .
    Gonna do the drink again and let you know the results for sure. Hope it wont be placebo. But I am sure it's not.
