    Olympic Weightlifting Gains

I'm curious if anyone has seen any significant improvement in their weightlifting while juicing. I know the majority of high level lifters generally focus more on the recovery aspect in order to train harder/longer, but I'd like to know about results from running something like test.

I don't see how it couldn't help. more strength, faster pull, faster under the bar, etc.

Scary? I'm inquiring about olympic weightlifting (clean and jerk/snatch) specifically. Rather than bodybuilding and powerlifting where technique is of less importance, I'm curious if anyone has seen improvements or drastic alterations in speed, technique, mobility in tough positions.

AAS have been used in olympic weightlifting for years. The Russians, Bulgarians, USA and many other teams have used them in competition for decades.

Any idea what most people use? I know that the focus within the sport is to use them for recovery in order to train more frequently/longer. Curious to what extent a test only cycle would benefit.

You would get bigger and stronger. Depending on where your weight was you may have to go up a class. If you were carrying some extra bf you could possibly diet to stay in your current class.

You need a lot more stretching for olympic lifting than you do for traditional weights. Your pulls would definitely improve and so would the size of your traps.
