    Index of leading estrogenic indicators

    Good Morning fellas,

I was wondering what some of you use for indicators of E2 values in-between blood tests while on cycles and how you adjust AI's. For example when you know your levels are a little high/low or when you are right on based on feelings or physical conditions.
Particularly with Exemestane but would also appreciate adex info as well.
I have read so much in the past and recently read "Exemestane-The Underdosed AI" that makes me think 12.5 mg 2xday (with fats) is a safe bet because of the lack of rebound and not crushing the levels?

    Thank you,

    Thanks,
So what adjustments did you make and how long did the correction take?

Blood work is the only true measure. Without it, you'll never know what's actually happening

Water retention, especially on chest (puffy nipples), seems the most reliable indicator for me. Other than that, a special one is oiliness on scalp and forehead.

Less than 24h in my experience, just the time for the system to flush out enough E2.

Some action of oestrogen are dependent from cell surface receptors that can trigger fast changes, others are mediated through nuclear ones that regulate gene expression and those can require weeks or even longer to return to normal.
