my first cycle opinions

hello

i will start my first cycle with weekly 500mg Testosterone and 400mg Deca. Testo for 12weeks and deca for 10weeks.
Between cycle i will use 2 times weekly 1,25mg letrozole.
After cycle I will use nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I would ask if everything is ok or what to fix.

I'm going to walk you through this, just because I have a little time to kill. I hope you'll listen.

This is your first cycle, so drop the deca. Test only. You need to be able to see how your body responds to high doses of one compound at a time, that way if you ever get side effects, you'll be able to pinpoint the compound and be able to adjust your ancillaries accordingly. If you use big cycles like this right out of the gate, it's hard to go lower. Keep things simple. Your first cycle will typically be your best, so don't throw other powerful steroids in the mix when you don't need them.

One more thing on the deca. Running it for 10 weeks is going to be a waste for the most part. For most people using a long ester test, results start showing themselves in about 4-6 weeks. Deca is a much longer ester, so don't expect to see results until about 8 weeks in. See what I'm getting at? It needs, in my opinion, 16 weeks. And it being extremely suppressive, you're going to be better off to wait and see how your pct goes with test only.

Here's how I would run your first cycle:

Weeks 1-12 testosterone
Weeks 1-12 hcg @ 500ius weekly (250ius 2x weekly)
Weeks 1-12 armidex @ .25mgs every other day

Pct:

Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50/50
Cialis (optional) @ 5-10mgs every other day

I would recommend pre-cycle bloodwork and follow up bloodwork 2-3 months atter pct is complete.

DO NOT USE LETRO! you can get Adex! you can have serious problems with Letro fast.

Yes. He can drop the deca and continue with test only as well. It would benefit him in the long run. And I would steer you clear of letro as well. I've heard horror stories, and that was enough for me to pass on it.
