I do not count my macros besides protein and I am pretty good at knowing at the end of the day if I gained or lost weight and I'm usually right when I weigh myself every morning.
I know my fats are a fair bit higher than my carbs, but I still eat a good amount of carbs. Am I missing out on muscle gain and/or fat loss by doing this?
My protein is always well over 1g per pound of bodyweight. I weight 175-180 and I always hit around 220-250g of protein daily.
