I started at 15 yrs old yet didn't way have a fvkin clue as to what a real diet was and I'd give everything to go back and realize abs are made in the kitchen(some T3 doesn't hurt lol) but it was after my accident in '07' which got me thinking after lifting young - senior yr in HS @ 185 I was benching 1RP max of 325 better than most doing stupid oral d-bol cycles except my lifting partner who fvked himself up at the age of 18-19 yrs old - looked like a damn ballon but at 230lbs he could hit 315 on bench 12+ times that was after myself coming off a full blown labral surgery decided to put 315 on the bar my first real day at the gym - damned if I didn't get it but my shoulder then took a fvkin beating that never recovered right(obviously) stupidity and being young and dumb it's all about longevity now my man
Let's do this and we can obviously keep going back and forth when competing but I do have a newer found respect for you as I hope you do me...
