I wouldn't change compounds at week 7. You're body's stable in your cycle, don't change anything. This is what I would do, I would reduce my carbs by 25g (100cal) per day and increase my protein/fat by 50 cal each. Stay there for a week and see if you still have good energy. If yes, cut another 100cals of carbs the next week and increase protein/fats by 50 cals each. Add some cardio and you should be golden. Chicks dig big burly guys. Who cares if there'a little love handle? LOL
