Traps
Seated DB Shrugs - skipped due to time constraint
Abs
Crunches - skipped due to time contraint
Definitely an intense workout different from most things I've done. I feel I could have gone a bit heavier on some of these exercises but I figure this will be a good baseline for me to go off of.
