Its ok. Customer service sucks compare to Canada. Things are much cheaper here in US. Besides health not being free I have no complains. Winters are not that long so you can go out and enjoy plus kids growing up so more advantages when they go to university.

I am taking on more responsibility, managing people that are making more money than me, work longer/harder than anyone, told somethings in regards to extra payment (hasn't happened in 4 months), and a few other things.
My manager is my friend that I grew up with. He said something's that hasn't happened yet, like getting money off the people I'm managing and what not. He will see if the day comes when I tell him I have found another gig. Then they will realize how much work I do and things that get done behind the scenes.
